Cats and Vintage Designs does not have access to your credit card information; we do not store any credit card information.
We do not accept Checks, Money Orders, or Cash.

SHIPPING:
$10.00 USPS Flat Rate shipping for any size order shipped anywhere in the contiguous U.S.
We do not ship outside the U.S.
Our products are custom made.
Allow 7-15 days for production time.
Orders will be shipped after production.
All packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail 2-4 days.
We will send you an email order confirmation when your order is received.
We will send you an email shipping confirmation when your order is shipped.

OUR GUARANTEE:
If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from Cats and Vintage Designs, we will refund your money.
You need to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
Contact Cats and Vintage Designs for authorization and return instructions.
Returns sent to us without an authorization will not be honored.
After we receive your item, we will process your refund.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Your money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card.
